A simple, responsible starting process

No long application and no pressure to commit. The first objective is to understand suitability and choose the right starting route.

Step 1

Share the essentials

Tell us the main goal, approximate age range, location type and preferred timing. Avoid sending NRIC numbers, medical records or other sensitive documents.

Step 2

Clarify readiness

Andrew will clarify the training need and whether the Safe Start assessment, professional clearance or a direct programme discussion is the better next step.

Step 3

Confirm the starting plan

If suitable, confirm a trial or initial session with a clear location, focus and starting level. You decide whether to continue after that.

Common questions before contacting us

Do I need to be fit before making an enquiry?

No. UFitness supports different starting levels. The initial discussion is intended to clarify readiness and identify an appropriate route.

What if there is a medical condition, recent surgery or persistent pain?

Mention the concern in general terms. Depending on the circumstances, appropriate medical or allied-health clearance may be recommended before exercise begins or progresses.

Can a caregiver enquire for an older family member?

Yes. A caregiver or family member may begin the conversation, particularly when mobility, balance, communication or supervision needs should be considered.

Where is training conducted?

Training may be conducted at a suitable home, condominium gym, HDB fitness corner, office or outdoor location, subject to safety, access and scheduling.
