1. General Information Only

The information on UFitness.sg is intended to support fitness awareness, movement education, active ageing, strength, mobility, balance, wellness, and lifestyle understanding. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, dietitian, psychologist, nurse, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Visitors should always seek professional advice for personal medical conditions, injuries, pain, medication concerns, rehabilitation needs, post-surgery recovery, chronic disease management, pregnancy-related exercise, frailty, disability, or any health-related uncertainty.

2. Medical Clearance & Exercise Safety

Exercise carries risk. Before starting any exercise, training programme, mobility routine, strength work, balance activity, high-intensity exercise, or senior fitness activity, please consult a doctor or appropriate healthcare professional if you have any medical condition, are recovering from illness or surgery, have been inactive for a long period, are elderly or frail, are pregnant or postpartum, or are unsure whether exercise is suitable for you.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you feel unwell, experience chest discomfort, breathing difficulty, dizziness, sudden weakness, unusual pain, faintness, or any concerning symptom.

3. Not a Medical, Clinical or Rehabilitation Provider

UFitness.sg and Ufitness LLP are not hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, medical practices, physiotherapy clinics, or emergency response providers. Any fitness coaching, movement guidance, mobility work, assisted stretching, strength training, or wellness education provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Where a client has a known medical condition or higher-risk profile, UFitness.sg may request medical clearance, caregiver involvement, family acknowledgement, or referral guidance before proceeding.

4. Senior Fitness, Frailty & Adaptive Exercise

Senior fitness, frailty-related exercise, stroke-related movement awareness, adaptive fitness, and special needs exercise require individualised consideration. Everyone’s function, mobility, cognition, attention, balance, medical background, medication profile, and caregiver support level may differ.

For seniors, persons with disabilities, persons recovering from stroke, persons with cognitive impairment, and children or adults with special needs, exercise participation should be carefully supervised by suitable adults, caregivers, or healthcare professionals where necessary.

5. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By using this website or participating in any exercise, training, fitness activity, consultation, or movement guidance connected to UFitness.sg, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. These may include discomfort, strain, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, or other exercise-related issues.

You are responsible for assessing your own suitability, disclosing relevant health information truthfully, following safety instructions, using appropriate equipment, and stopping when an activity does not feel safe.

6. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Fitness, strength, weight management, mobility, balance, endurance, pain experience, confidence, and function may improve differently for each person. Results depend on many factors, including age, health status, medical history, consistency, sleep, nutrition, stress, medication, lifestyle, environment, and healthcare guidance.

UFitness.sg does not guarantee specific outcomes, body changes, recovery timelines, health improvements, performance results, weight loss, or medical benefits.

7. Online Content, Videos & Demonstrations

Articles, images, videos, exercise descriptions, sample routines, demonstrations, and social media content are general examples only. They may not be suitable for your personal condition, ability, space, equipment, or risk profile.

Do not copy or attempt an exercise if you are unsure of the correct technique, progression, intensity, contraindications, or safety precautions. Seek individual guidance where needed.

8. Home, Condo Gym & Outdoor Training Environments

Training may take place in homes, condominium gyms, HDB areas, offices, fitness corners, or other approved environments. The suitability of each location depends on available space, flooring, ventilation, lighting, equipment condition, privacy, safety, building rules, and user readiness.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the training environment is safe, permitted, accessible, and suitable for exercise. UFitness.sg may decline, pause, or modify a session if the environment appears unsafe.

9. Testimonials, Stories & Community Features

Client stories, fitness journeys, volunteer reflections, community features, and testimonials are shared for awareness and educational purposes. They represent individual experiences and should not be taken as typical results, medical evidence, professional endorsement, or guaranteed outcomes.

Where personal stories, photographs, videos, or names are used, UFitness.sg aims to obtain appropriate permission and present the individual respectfully.
